PokerTrack is a personal poker session tracker built for iPhone. This policy explains how your information is handled when you use the app.
The short version: all data you enter stays on your device or your own iCloud account. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs that collect your information.
We collect nothing. PokerTrack does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information, usage data, or analytics.
Session records you enter (game type, stakes, buy-in, cash-out, notes, and dates) are saved locally on your iPhone using standard iOS storage. This data never leaves your device unless you back it up through Apple's iCloud Backup service, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
PokerTrack uses Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store to sync your session data across your own devices signed into the same iCloud account. This sync happens entirely through Apple's iCloud service. We have no access to this data at any point.
PokerTrack offers an optional auto-renewable subscription. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment information — no card details, billing address, or transaction history.
PokerTrack contains no third-party SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporters, or analytics tools. The only outside party involved is Apple, which handles subscription payments and iCloud sync as described above. No data is shared with any other third party.
The app does not use cookies, tracking pixels, device fingerprinting, or any other tracking technology.
PokerTrack does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Since we collect no data, any changes are unlikely to affect your privacy in practice.
